Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada

All domestic shipments are sent via USPS (postal)

International shipments to Canada are sent via USPS generally and the taxes and custom fees are included in the cost to ship

Unbridled is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Being a small business, I cannot cover the cost to replace or refund your order in these instances. Please file a claim with the carrier.

Processing times are typically 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or customs for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Necklaces, earrings, and cuffs/bracelets are final sale and refunds or exchanges will not be offered. If you have ANY questions regarding a piece, please reach out via the contact form BEFORE purchasing. Please know your ring size before ordering, however if a ring doesn’t fit quite right, you can return it for an exchange or shop credit. Exchanges or credit for custom made pieces are not offered. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or shop credit for rings.

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive either a shop credit code or a confirmation for your exchange. Shop credit is valid for one calendar year from date issued.

gift cards and custom orders are not valid for returns or exchanges.
